I wish I would have found Mary years ago. I had no idea what kind of fog I was living my life in, what kind of emotional pain and anxiety I was actually suffering, and most importantly how it was shaping and controlling my life. It was a journey, often challenging, often difficult, but the reward was that I got my life back. When I look back, before I began the journey of healing with Mary, everything seemed so difficult; now, there's an ability to move through life with an ease I could have never imagined. I might have done the work but I can't imagine having done it without her guidance and help.
