I am selective on what clients I accept in my professional practice as my expertise consists of many holistic and full mind-body-spirit techniques. You have many choices on what therapist, counselor or spiritual therapist you decide to work with on your journey of self-care and discovery.

My services are very fairly priced. Considering the rapid improvement that my clients experience, 28 years of experience, thousands of clients served with positive results, combined with my advanced training and expansive multi-modality approach.  

Individual Sessions (55 minutes)-$165.00

Couples and Family Session-(55 minutes)-$185.00

E.M.D.R., Hypnotherapy, Breath Work, Emotion Code, Psych-K or Energy Psychology Sessions. (60-180 minutes) – $225.00 per hour. These sessions require more intense therapy, more specialized techniques and usually run more than 60 minutes. The fee is $225.00 per hour and will be prorated.

Workshops, Seminars and Webinar- Fees will be announced prior to these events.

THE PROCESS OF THERAPY, GROUPS AND WORKSHOPS Participation in therapy can result in a number of benefits to you, including improving interpersonal relationships and resolution of the specific concerns that led you to seek therapy. Working toward these benefits, however, takes effort on your part. Psychotherapy requires your very active involvement, honesty, and openness in order to change your thoughts, feelings and/or behavior. Sometimes more than one approach can be helpful in dealing with a certain situation. During therapy, remembering or talking about unpleasant events, feelings, or thoughts can result in you experiencing some discomfort or strong feelings. Therapy is most often rewarding, hope-instilling and life-changing. It also involves a commitment of time, energy, and money. We maintain our cars, homes and our physical body however, our emotional and mental state may not be considered as important, I would argue that it is even more important.

In order to assist you I offer discounts for those who prefer to take advantage of prepay packages with EMDR and other specialized services. 

Payment is due at the time of service with acceptable forms of payment in cash, all credit and debit cards, personal checks and Health Savings Accounts.
