Clinical Psychotherapist & Spiritual Guide

It used to be that people sought therapy or counseling only if they were suffering from a mental illness. Often times people would forego seeking help just because there was a stigma attached. Things are fortunately changing and more people feel comfortable seeking out a therapist or counselor for guidance and personal growth. The main aim is to change the quality of life.

Looking for help or guidance is a sign of strength.

There are many emotional issues that can surface in our life. With time, these issues can transform into something bigger that impacts negatively on our daily life, such as lack of concentration, enthusiasm, self respect, anxiety, and so on. These issues can spiral into our lives in various ways and get channeled into other areas of which can create problems in the relationships, professional life, and health. I help you address the root cause of the problem by using tools as emdr and hypnosis wherever necessary to help my clients free themselves from the emotional burden, stress and anxiety that are causing life changing issues.
The goal is to help each client live their best life.
